Iran, Afghanistan discuss resuming Khaf-Herat railway TEHRAN, Apr. 19 (MNA) – Economic Adviser to Special Representative of Iranian President for Afghanistan announced the visit of a delegation of Islamic Republic of Iran Railways to Kabul next week regarding the relaunch of Khaf-Herat Railway.
