Iran warns about rise of terrorist groups in Afghanistan

TEHRAN, Sep. 29 (MNA) â Iranâs envoy and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN warns that terrorism and the emergence of terrorist groups pose a "serious threat" to Afghanistan, its neighbors, the region, and the entire international community.
